Summary
Groomed and raised to be the heir of the Cloudgleam Empire, this Viera set out on an adventure to look for the enigmatic lady who once saved his life.
Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he throws money at problems and has not been put in his place. Yet.Barely knows his father; never knew his mother.Early in his life, he was taught that ruthlessness is the only response to provocation, that mercy is only for the ones who cannot defend themselves.

Let me tell you the story of when Illumi was kidnapped.In one of the mansion parties, he was half-drunk and neck-deep in women when he was taken.Thrown into a cage, blindfolded and gagged -- what he thought was part of the entertainment was actually a ploy to ransom him off. They put him on the back of a carriage: it was cramped and horrible, to say the least. They didn't even pad the cage!
Weaving in and out of consciousness within a drunken stupor, he woke up with a killer hangover. Then he heard a strained scuffle and without warning, the carriage flipped. His cage was flung into the air and landed on rocks.Unfortunately for Illumi, he landed face-first on the metal cage. He was not happy about the gash on his face, let me tell you. It would prove to be quite painful - so painful in fact that he succumbed to it and passed out.A vague presence made itself known to him while he was helpless in pain. Whoever that was, they opened the cage and removed his bindings, though they did not remove the blindfold.He came to with his wounds tended: presumably by his savior"-- are safe now. --"Fighting to stay awake, he vaguely heard a woman's voice before he completely lost his consciousness.Interviewing each of his father's retainers who were there that day, all of them would swear that there was no such lady. But Illumi swears to this day that he knew what he heard.Lord Cloudgleam offered to have the scar removed, but he declined. He resolved to one day meet his savior; yet with only the scar to identify him, it will be a troublesome endeavor.

I try my best to create safe spaces where people who are new to RPing can have an avenue to practice in.Personally, I would want you to focus on Illumi and how you interact with him. 95% in character most of the time, and the remaining 5% is for check-ins of OOC-wise safe words, and making sure it's in the direction you and I want the role-play to go to.Anything OOC about me is not relevant. In the same way, I do not mind who you are on the other side of the screen. I will only interact with you as your character.
